How we handle information submitted through this site.

This notice describes what this website collects, why, and how long it is kept. It applies to smplctyanalytics.com only.

Information you provide

Two forms on this site collect information directly from you: the consultation inquiry form and the Data-to-Value Assessment.

The consultation form collects your name, work email, company, role, the area you are trying to improve, and the free-text detail you choose to share about your obstacle and desired outcome.

The assessment collects your name, work email, organization, role, company size, and the answers and scores generated by the diagnostic, so that a follow-up conversation can start from the same read-out you saw.

Information collected automatically

When you submit a form, we record the page you submitted from, the referring page if your browser provides one, and any campaign parameters present in the URL. This tells us which content leads to a conversation.

To limit automated abuse, we store a one-way hash derived from your IP address and browser user agent alongside the time of submission. The hash cannot be reversed to recover your IP address, and it is not linked to your identity.

How we use it

Submitted information is used to respond to your inquiry, prepare for a conversation, and operate this website. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We do not add you to a marketing list because you submitted a form. Any ongoing communication happens because you asked for it.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored in SMPLCTY’s managed application database, accessible only to authorised SMPLCTY personnel and the server-side code that writes it. The data is not readable from the browser or by any public interface.

How long we keep it

Inquiry and assessment records are retained for as long as they remain relevant to an active or prospective client relationship. Abuse-prevention records are short-lived and are used only to rate-limit submissions.

Your choices

You can ask us to confirm what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to privacy@smplctyanalytics.com and we will respond.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. The assessment keeps your in-progress answers in your own browser session so you can continue where you left off; clearing your browser storage removes them.

Changes to this notice

If we change what we collect or why, we will update this page. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
